Rare 70's Tiffany Elsa Peretti Terracotta Tureen

An exquisite and extremely rare terracotta tureen. A work of art by Elsa Peretti. Stamped "E. Peretti" for Tiffany and Made in Italy." A close up of the stamp is in the photo section. The tureen appears to never have been used. There is no ladle. The interior and exterior are slightly darker than the pictures, although the exterior is natural and the interior is glazed. The interior lid and sides of the bowl have some slight crazing under the glaze. The exterior is in excellent condition. Due to its age and the porous nature of the material, the terracotta has some places where the material shows where it has spots from handling. I don't know anything about cleaning surfaces such as this or if it even should be cleaned so I am selling it as is. Except for the slight spotting, the terracotta has no chips or cracks. There is one place on the handle where it looks like a crack but it appears to me to just be a mark on the surface. I put it under a black light and didn't see any cracks. The tureen is 5" high, and the lid brings the total height to 7-3/4". The width is 11-1/4" by 11-1/2" inches (across the decorative lip).
