Daisy Tureen With Ladle Made In Italy

There is no makers mark or backstamp on this tureen and ladle. It only has Italy handwritten on it. I call it whimsical because it has a raised pattern that is hand-painted, handles that resemble twigs and a lid with an acorn on top. The raised pattern has white daisies with yellow centers, green leaves, other decorations as shown. Now the ladle is something else. It is very organic in design with a shape that is, to me at least, unique. I can see you spooning out the soup and people commenting on the unusual ladle. Anyway, this is a lovely set and you certainly will not be disappointed. It is 11 1/4" across from handle to handle. The bowl is xxx" deep. With the lid in place, it is 9 3/4" tall. The width across just the bowl is 9". The ladle is 10 1/2" long and the ladle bowl is 2 1/2" across and 3 1/4" deep.
